govern your use of our website businessplan.tech and the
products and services we offer.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please
do not use our service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

businessplan.tech provides automated business plan generation
services, including:

– A free preview (“Freemium PDF”) with watermarked content
– A full premium business plan PDF (the “Premium Product”)
available for purchase at $19 USD

The Premium Product is delivered automatically by email after
successful payment.

3. ELIGIBILITY

By using our service, you confirm that:

– You are at least 18 years old
– You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
– All information you provide is accurate and complete

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

– Premium Product price: $19 USD (one-time payment)
– Payment is processed securely via Stripe
– All sales are final (see Refund Policy below)
– Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect
orders already placed

5. DELIVERY

The Premium Product PDF is delivered to the email address
provided during checkout, typically within 5 minutes of
successful payment.

If you do not receive your PDF within 24 hours, contact us
at contact@businessplan.tech and we will resolve the issue.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our
product, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds once
the Premium PDF has been generated and delivered.

Exceptions:

– Technical failure preventing PDF delivery (we will resend
or refund)
– Duplicate charge (we will refund the duplicate)

For any issue, contact contact@businessplan.tech within 14
days of purchase.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Your business plan content

You retain full ownership of the business information you
input. By using our service, you grant us a limited license
to process this information solely to generate your PDF.

7.2 Our template and software

The PDF template, design, methodology, and underlying
software are the property of Data Plus Ltd.

You may NOT:

– Resell our template
– Use it as a service for third parties
– Reverse engineer our tool
– Copy our methodology for commercial use

You MAY:

– Use your generated PDF for personal business purposes
– Share your PDF with banks, investors, advisors
– Modify your PDF for your own business needs

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree NOT to:

– Use our service for any illegal purpose
– Submit fraudulent information
– Attempt to bypass payment
– Hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website
– Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission

9. ACCURACY OF BUSINESS PLAN

Our Premium Product generates a business plan based on the
information YOU provide. The accuracy, viability, and success
of your business plan depend on:

– The accuracy of your inputs
– Your business execution
– Market conditions
– Regulatory environment

We DO NOT guarantee:

– Loan approval from banks
– Investor funding
– Visa approval (E-2, EB-5, etc.)
– Business success of any kind

Our Premium Product is a TOOL, not financial, legal, or
business advice. For specific advice, consult a qualified
professional.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Plus Ltd shall
not be liable for:

– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data
– Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service ($19)

11. DISCLAIMER

Our website and products are provided “AS IS” without
warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. PRIVACY

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy
Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our
service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new
Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any
dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be
resolved in the competent courts of Mauritius.
